Overview
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service! Are you interested in helping a range of clients through issues that vary from relatively simple to moderately complex? We are looking for people who are passionate about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with our team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide. This is a remote opportunity and the typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

* Answering client phone and email inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage, pricing, claims, cancellations, endorsements, inspections, documentation requests, issues, concerns, etc.
* Maintains complete and accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher and affiliated carrier systems.
* Supports Gallagher growth initiatives by contributing to key business outcomes such as client satisfaction, client retention and is also responsible for the overall customer experience.
* Fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
* Delivers consistent, high quality client service as defined by AJG operational standards and practices.

About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous experience managing client relationships. Insurance knowledge. Personal Lines experience preferred.
