Promote Sendero Industries' services and reputation through professional communication and relationship-building. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales. Proven track record of winning business and building lasting client relationships. Strong understanding of the bidding process, proposals, and project lifecycles in civil construction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel nationally to meet clients and attend project, industry meetings and tradeshows. Preferred Experience with developers, municipalities, and civil construction firms throughout the Gulf Coast. Established relationships with local general contractors, engineers, developers, and public agencies. Understanding of site development, utilities, and earthwork operations.
