    As an Accounting Manager for ASM NEXX, Inc., you will work alongside the Senior Team to drive the strategy and success of our business. A successful leader in this role will develop and lead the accounting team, be a strong cross-functional collaborator, an exceptional communicator, and strategic thinker. The ideal candidate will serve as a thought leader and cross-functional partner while driving operational efficiencies and serving as a champion for the financial health of our business. Key Responsibilities and Duties/Essential Functions: * Lead overall strategy and execution across all financial areas including FP&A, Technical Accounting, Treasury and Compliance. * Drive long term business strategy along with annual budget and monthly financial forecast and reporting * Manage and coordinate monthly, quarterly and year-end close procedures and deliverables in a timely basis * Lead, mentor and enhance Accounting team's professional development * Deliver financial updates and analyses to the Executive Committee and Senior Management * Develops, incorporate and track financial metrics to improve Company performance and drive accountability * Collaborate with Accounting Team and other departments to continually evolve business processes to drive efficiency * Serve as a liaison with tax consulting firm to ensure strategic alignment and compliance * Maintain local accounting policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Corporate (word change) and proper execution * Manage external financial audits and internal audits * Strong knowledge of accounting, including general accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Job Requirements: * 15+ years of relevant experience in accounting, manufacturing preferred * Experience with SAP * Expertise in Data Analysis & MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) * Managing competing assignments and ability to meet concurrent deadlines * High level of integrity, discretion and maturity * Experience growing and managing effective teams * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment * CPA a plus * Accounting in Manufacturing preferred

Key Responsibilities * Serve as a strategic business partner to the KPU Head, fostering a relationship built on trust, collaboration, and results. * Lead financial planning and analysis for the KPU (full P&L), including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles. * Analyze R&D and operational spending trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation. * Prepare and present monthly financial results and forecasts for internal reviews and external reporting. * Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. * Conduct ad-hoc analyses and develop automated solutions for recurring financial activities such as data mining, modeling, and OpEx forecasting. * Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights. Required Experience & Skills * Demonstrated success in preparing financial forecasts and budgets under tight timelines. * Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership. * Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. * Strong partnership skills with Marketing, Manufacturing, and Operations to drive financial performance. * Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial best practices. * Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to executive audiences. * Proficiency with SAP or other fully integrated ERP systems. * Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. Education & Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred. * 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
