Assembly and Warehouse Support:
Perform key cutting and key marking.
Execute laser marking of ALCEA products.
Support the receipt of materials in the warehouse.
Maintain the quality report up to date.
Support the picking process for production.
Execute product assembly activities.
Assist in all areas of the warehouse and assembly areas.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Provide regular updates and reports on order status, technical support activities, and other job-related data.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements for warehouse and business operations.
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
Knowledge of picking and production support processes.

Crimp, strip, cut, pull, and bundle wiring according to plans
Ensure wiring is properly labeled and marked
Connect cut wires to components, and routing the wire and cables in an orderly fashion
Ensure quality workmanship of all wires and components
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
Complete other duties as assigned
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in wiring or installing electrical components OR completion of a technical vocational program

8. Read the blueprints for what kind of flooring is needed and cut accordingly.
9. Use blueprint for installation process of flooring and install.
10. Read blueprints for exterior components, preparation and install.
11. Ensure bridge is ready for shipment.
12. Accountable for proper and timely completion of forms to support quality completion of bridges and walkways.
13. Participate and add value as a member of the Manufacturing Department.
14. Engages in effective communication within and across all departments.

Responsibilities
Responsible for construction of doors and windows made to order. Check product and raw material specifications (lengths, angles). Set up door machinery and equipment to specifications. Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment and storage area. Load and unload inventory as needed. Apply and understand mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc. May manage and provide reports on production, quality, and order fulfillment process and performance. Maintain good housekeeping in work area. Follow safety programs and ensure compliance of OSHA regulation. May train, assign and oversee work of others and ensure work is complete and built to order specifications. May work with and assist location manager and sales team to promote and describe fabrication process to customers of assigned and new products. May be responsible for raw materials and finished goods inventory, materials order replenishment, and maintaining product pricing. Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Must be able to understand and communicate safety and other work related instructions. Alertness and ability to adapt to warehouse routines is required. Warehouse operations environment with considerable physical exertion.
Preferred Qualifications: Typically more than three (3) years of experience in related job function. Role may require technical certification, or associates degree.

The Aircraft Assembler position involves assembling, fitting, fastening, and installing various aircraft components such as tails, wings, fuselage, bulkheads, stabilizers, landing gear, rigging, control equipment, and heating and ventilating systems
Maintain a clean work area and work effectively in a team environment.
Follow directions from supervisors and communicate promptly when issues or questions arise.
Drill close tolerance holes and install manufacturing hardware.
Use power tools, including pneumatic and electric drills, rivet guns, and torquing wrenches.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Qualifications
Must have experience in the aviation industry.
Must have minimun 2 years of experience as aircraft assembler or sheet metal
Must be able to master the use of pneumatic tools, electrical bonding equipment, measuring devices, and torquing equipment
Must be able to use tools such as scales, protrusion gages, fastener grip gages, calipers, micrometers, trulok gages, go-no-go gages, ball gages, fastener height gages, torque wrenches, pistol and/or pancake kaynar guns, torque screw guns, and understand all calibration requirements
Must be able to pass a plate test.

Principle Accountabilities:

Mounts assembled components to boards or units.
May install multi-level subassemblies and modules into Racks using complex configurations.

Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs and switches, to assemblies.
Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating and color-coding parts and assemblies.
Tends machines that press, shape or wind component parts.
Performs online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Sets up station with the correct documents and components per assembly drawing.
Handles/install polarized/non-polarized components on designated location on product.
Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical requirements or dimensional characteristics.
Assist in performing repair work.
Communicates any process problems with peers, leads, supervisors and/or engineers.

SPECIALIZED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES may be required for certain positions. These could include one or more of the following duties:
