QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience with a spray gun is a definite asset. * Ability to read and follow blueprints and drawings is an asset. * Good understanding of English, including verbal, written, and reading skills. * Ability to communicated effectively with other and work as part of a team. * Ability to learn new tools and equipment. * Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail in order to spot material and product defects. * Comfortable working in a fiberglass plant environment. * Ability to work at heights and within confined spaces when required. * Ability to work variable hours including overtime and weekends as needed. * Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 20-50 lbs., bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time. Our Assembly Team Members work across multiple lines and product types-perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and a fast-paced environment. You don't need experience-we'll train you! All we need is reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Assemble coolers, beverage units, cabinets, carts, and other IRP products by following work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely. Install components such as latches, lids, hardware, casters, graphics, hinges, and wiring depending on the product line. Apply graphics, decals, and vinyl branding; perform detail cleaning, finishing steps, and final inspections to ensure products meet IRP's quality standards. Review work orders, build sheets, and pick lists to understand daily assembly requirements; stage materials and parts; and move finished products to the correct areas for packaging or shipping. Communicate shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily goals and cross-train across multiple lines to support production needs.
