Summary
We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Assembler to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As an Intermediate Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all products are assembled efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:30pm and Friday 6:00am - 10:00am
Responsibilities
Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, providing solutions to improve processes and product quality.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine assembly procedures and implement best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Mentor and train junior assemblers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an assembly role.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The position is based in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to stand for approximately 80% of their shift, walk approximately 20% of their shift, and carry 60-80 lbs. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to push/pull up to 1000 lbs. on a pallet jack or cart as required.
Closing Date: December 31st, 2025. While we anticipate keeping this position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed earlier depending on applicant volume and hiring needs.
Base Compensation: The base pay for this role is between $20 - $24 an hour and will be determined based on the individuals experience. This role is also eligible for benefits and an annual bonus.
Location: This position is located fully onsite in Longmont, CO.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HVAC Assembler conducts prebuild inspections of components and performs basic mechanical and/or electrical assembly of components to build HVAC units for use in the rail car industry according to drawing specifications.
Essential Functions:
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with company's rules and policies.
• Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Westminster, Maryland is $18.14 per hour. As an Assembler, you will contribute to the overall success of the company and our customers through building machinery based on engineering designs and customer specifications. In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck. Starting salary range for this role is $18.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience. This estimate represents the typical salary range you could earn in this position and is just one component of ProMach's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.

you would assemble and package disposable medical device products.
Anticipated Start Date:
Monday, 3/20
Working Hours:
1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts of 8 hour days on Thursday and Friday and 10 hour days on Saturday and Sunday for a 36 hour week. Additional hours can be made up on Wednesdays.
Pay Rate Range:
$15.00 to $15.75 per hour
