Responsibilities:
Manufacturing:
Prepare and inspect materials for coating operations.
Perform Dip Coating operations and related verification tasks.
Carry out Curing operations and verification tasks.
Manufacturing Support:
Measure material dimensions to check they meet specifications.
Visually inspect raw and finished medical device products for quality.
Read and follow procedures to ensure correct product specifications and material requirements.
Record operational or production data in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Label or mark production materials and equipment with identification details.
Train technicians on certified operations.
Reconcile batch records.
Business Strategy:
Assist coating engineers with feasibility activities.
Review procedures and provide feedback on feasibility for meeting commercial release requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in Medical Device manufacturing.
Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

The basic function of the Assembler is to accept the responsibility for ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner and to the standards that are required. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The principle responsibilities of the Assembler shall consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Must have the ability to be aware of and recognize potentially dangerous situations in the shop and yard and be capable of rectifying and avoiding the situation while operating equipment. Completing work to the highest standards of quality.
Restocking components and materials, when necessary.
Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Following and abiding by all safety protocol.
Immediately reporting any production problems to the Supervisor.
Provide quality control check on all raw materials and finished products.
Read shop drawings, or written instructions to determine method and sequence of Assembling parts.
Gather webs and place in proper areas next to set-up.
