The Assembler uses finesse, strength, and focus to ensure each motor is built to accommodate the severe duty requirements of the U.S. Navy fleet. Key Responsibilities: Inspect stators, rotors, or armatures for defects such as bent laminations, burrs, or unclear slots. Review traveler documents for connection diagrams, winding types, span, inserts, and coil groupings. Install slot liners and insert coils based on the correct span, following all required steps for coil insertion and grouping.
