Key Responsibilities: Performs only relatively simple assembly procedures Performs operation of contact welder; Performs operation of orbital swager; Utilizes a variety of tools, gages and equipment; Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work; Performs tasks equal to or exceeding established standards; Accomplishes production quotas; Keeps work area clean and orderly; Ability to react to changes productively and perform other essential tasks as assigned; Skills and Requirements: Due to need to maintain ITAR compliance, applicants must be U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Performs light electronic and / or electromechanical assembly work of low complexity and scope; Operation of resistance soldering unit; Performs frequent spring linking as required; Adequate manual dexterity to safely and proficiently work with simple small hand tools; Ability to work from samples or simple visual aids; Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instruction in English; Ability to work well with only a modest amount of repeated instructions; Working consistently, working overtime, as required; Be team oriented and possess flexibility and adaptability.
