What you'll get to do: Perform a variety of operations to assemble precision electromechanical products specifically related to TWT assemblies. Execute tasks such as using precision measuring instruments to achieve specified tolerances. Assemble, disassemble, repair, and reassemble TWT assemblies-including small components in a clean room environment-while troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions. Support the development and modification of prototype TWT units in collaboration with engineering personnel. Monitor and verify product quality using statistical processes and other control procedures. Maintain accurate data and detailed record-keeping of assembly processes. Follow the company's electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures and in-house certifications, including Solder, Optics, ESD, and FOD. Work from designs, work instructions, and verbal instructions to ensure high-quality assembly. Use and apply standard electromechanical assembly techniques with small parts, as well as handling fiber optic cables.
