An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $17.00 - $18.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

Assembler job in Lincolnshire, IL
These are entry level assembly positions but prior production and/or warehouse assembly experience will be beneficial. The employees will need to be able to walk/stand between 4 -8 hours per day. The position will entail hand assembly of products, packaging of products, and light machine operation.
