Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
* Diverse knowledge in two primary responsibilities within assembly area. New hires would have responsibility to learn two disciplines/builds/skillsets initially within 6 months depending on assembly area starting within.
* Confidently install components for fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance within design requirements
* Manages Technician schedule and takt time pace
* Inspects, builds and installs aircraft components
* Follows engineering drawing and specifications
* Ensures part fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance complies with design requirements
* Responsible for cleaning, set up and use of bonding, drilling, and holding fixtures
* Routes wires, cables and tubing
* Installs rivets, screws and bolts, using appropriate tools
* Torques hardware and fitting using various tools and test equipment
* Follows and properly documents aircraft build instructions
* Wears personal protective equipment as required including respirator
* Mixes and applies adhesives, resins, and sealants per instructions
* Maintains a clear and organized workstation to department standards

Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Make connections in electrical switches with various wires, electrical cables, and connectors.
* Install and connect appropriate wiring to components in the platform.
* Install and connect appropriate wiring for all lighting systems to include strobe lights, boom lights, basket lighting, chassis lighting, trailer lighting, camera systems and any customer requested lighting systems.
* Fabricate and install brackets and mounting hardware to install any of the above accessories.
* Be able to trouble shoot, fix, and document any problems that arise from the electrical part of the installation of any component.
* Make sure this is done in accordance with drawings, Aspen Aerials' specifications and the specifications of the manufacturers' components. If any discrepancies exist, it is the electrical assembler's responsibility to report them to the Production Manager or management's representative.
* Must complete daily timecards with appropriate time, job, and task numbers.
* Must maintain the workplace and keep work area in a neat, clean, orderly, and well-kept manner.
* Follow all safety procedures as outlined in Aspen Aerials Safety Manual.

The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing components during the production of water vessels for Water Treatment projects. Responsibilities
o Assemble water vessel components including pipping's, fittings, and interior modules according to technical drawings, schematics, and work orders. Install mechanical parts, electrical systems, plumbing, and hydraulic components per specifications.
o Inspect materials and assemblies throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Identify and report defects or non-conformities to supervisors for timely corrective actions.

This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
Provide assistance to onsite team members
Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
Ladder and some roof work

Summary
Read electrical schematics and diagrams to wire 12-volt DC safety, control, and auxiliary systems. Build electrical components and junction boxes. Test and run all functions during installation and test phases of the assembly process to ensure the highest quality machine be delivered to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
Make connections in electrical switches with various wires, electrical cables, and connectors.
Install and connect appropriate wiring to components in the platform.
Install and connect appropriate wiring for all lighting systems to include strobe lights, boom lights, basket lighting, chassis lighting, trailer lighting, camera systems and any customer requested lighting systems.
Fabricate and install brackets and mounting hardware to install any of the above accessories.
Be able to trouble shoot, fix, and document any problems that arise from the electrical part of the installation of any component.
Make sure this is done in accordance with drawings, Aspen Aerials' specifications and the specifications of the manufacturers' components. If any discrepancies exist, it is the electrical assembler's responsibility to report them to the Production Manager or management's representative.
Must complete daily timecards with appropriate time, job, and task numbers.
Must maintain the workplace and keep work area in a neat, clean, orderly, and well-kept manner.
Follow all safety procedures as outlined in Aspen Aerials Safety Manual.
