Follow proper torque specifications and assembly sequences to meet quality standards. Record build documentation and complete traveler paperwork as required. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain clean and organized workstations and adhere to 5S standards. Recommend activities to promote continuous improvement and best practices. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 0 - 2 years of experience in high-complexity mechanical assembly, ideally in aerospace, defense, medical device, or high-tech manufacturing environments. Experience working in ISO/ AS9102-certified or aerospace/defense manufacturing environments is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, quality-first mindset. Physical Requirements: Ability to move or transfer products with an overhead crane. Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required.
