Electrical assembly of classic cars to include but not limited to 12v wiring and layout of electrical harness throughout vehicle, dash and engine bay, complex relay systems, audio and amp wiring, and integration of multiple aftermarket modules and systems.
Chassis:
Chassis assembly of classic cars to include but not limited to installing shocks, axles, steering box, fuel tank, brake lines, engine, transmission, and other components.
Mechanical:

Assembly:

Job Description
Cabin Installers, Electrical Installers and Structures Assemblers assist the Station 35 Operations Leader in providing an orderly flow of production according to the schedule. This includes assigning work, securing materials and tools, training operators and reporting and monitoring production quality and output. Activities are limited to a specific function or area.
Assumes all routine production responsibilities of the Operations Leader in the leader's absence.
Troubleshoots production issues and secures necessary assistance to resolve them.
Reviews production schedule and assigns work to facilitate meeting schedules.
Establishes an orderly flow of parts, tools and materials.
Keeps production records and monitors for accuracy of reporting.
In conjunction with Quality monitors line quality and notifies personnel of deviations.
Assists manager in performance reviews, recommends disciplinary action, promotion, etc.
Is an advocate for LEAN within group; encourages LEAN thinking and supports and assists in the implementation of LEAN initiatives/KAIZENS.
Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations/company policies and procedures relating to workmanship.
Trains new operators and cross-trains as assigned.
May be responsible for coordinating activities with other contractors.
Performs work on aircraft and may also fill in for absent operators as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess 2 years of aviation experience.
Must have minimum 1 year specific Station 35 activities: Installation of fuel system, Panel Installation IWO Belly Fairing, Empennage Rigging of HTP & VTP & flight controls testing, Wing System slat & Flap Installation, Cabin floor, seats & walls installation, Cargo Floor, wall, ceiling lining installation, door rigging & radome installation.
Leadership experience preferred.
A thorough knowledge of processes being used in Station 35 area of responsibility (Fuel, Belly Fairing, Empennage, Wing System (Flaps & slats installation), Cabin & Cargo ).
Strong and strict adherence to FOD and Tool Control procedures.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to use Google WorkSpace, SAP, MES, Zamiz, DocMaster, and Aircraft Progress.

Duties and Responsibilities
Electrical:
Electrical assembly of classic cars to include but not limited to 12v wiring and layout of electrical harness throughout vehicle, dash and engine bay, complex relay systems, audio and amp wiring, and integration of multiple aftermarket modules and systems.
Chassis:
Chassis assembly of classic cars to include but not limited to installing shocks, axles, steering box, fuel tank, brake lines, engine, transmission, and other components.
Mechanical:
Mechanical assembly of classic steel and carbon fiber Shelby cars that will include Gen4 Coyote 5.0L, Godzilla 7.3l, automatic 10R80 and T-56 transmissions, Whipple superchargers, cooling stack, steering components, performance Willwood and Brembo brake kits
Assembly:
Final assembly of classic cars to include but not limited to painted sheet metal, carbon fiber, door internals, interiors, brightwork and minor 12v wiring.
Test and Tune:
Test and tune of performance classic cars to include but not limited to alignments, testing and repairs of electrical components, inspection of completed work, checking for leaks, testing operation of every component of each vehicle, test drive vehicles and closely monitor quality of drivability.
