* Solder with Skill: Execute miniature soldering on connectors and wire terminations to IPC Class 3 standards
* Inspect & Perfect: Conduct detailed inspections and rework assemblies to meet rigorous quality benchmarks
* Protect the Product: Follow strict ESD handling protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace (5S/6S)
* Document Everything: Complete travelers, as-built records, inspection checklists, and customer/DCMA forms with full traceability
* Collaborate & Troubleshoot: Work closely with teammates and engineers to resolve build issues and improve processes
* Support & Share Knowledge: Assist with transmitter teardown, rework, and peer training on best practices
* Adapt & Contribute: Take on additional duties as needed to support production excellence

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year of experience as an electronic assembler
* Ability to interpret and follow process sheets, blueprints, routing cards, parts lists, ECOs, and PRNs
* Strong documentation habits and attention to quality
* This role involves access to controlled technology and materials; applicants must be a U.S. Person under U.S. export laws (or eligible for government export license)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years' of experience as an electronic assembler
* Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, J-STD-001, and Mil-Spec standards
* Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contract manufacturing environments

Hourly Range: Assembler - Level 2: $19.54- $29.31; Assembler - Level 3: $22.15 - $33.23 (Lansdale, PA). Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
