Position Description
The Manufacturing Operator will work in the Device Assembly and Packaging area, where our client's autoinjector devices are assembled and packaged. Operators will be responsible for the safe operation of highly automated equipment producing products of the highest quality for our Client.
Key Objectives / Deliverables
Adhere to plant safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
Setup and operate highly automated equipment in the Device Assembly and Packaging area.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure product quality.
Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation (Electronic Ticket, SAP, Cleaning Logs, etc.).
Attain and maintain qualification for the operation of assigned process equipment and duties in the area.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Proactively monitor documentation and product quality, properly documenting all activities and reporting issues to supervision.
Contribute to the achievement of key departmental objectives including improving safety performance, reducing deviations, improving productivity, and training compliance.
Requirements (Education, Experience, Training)
Previous experience working in a GMP environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong ability to multitask.
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.

Operate both robotic and manual welding equipment to attach tanks or other parts to the core in accordance with blueprint instructions. This role requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes and robotic welding operations while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

13. Perform preventative maintenance on robotic welding machines as needed.

II. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Become certified to fabricate custom hose assemblies from work orders per hose certification requirements using hose cut off saw, ultraclean hose cleaning system, hose crimping machine, hose end shrink wrap sealing system and hose label machine
Immediately report discrepancies to the bill of material, questionable product quality, and/or potential problems with the order entry to the Production Manager as well as to the inventory planner responsible for the product line or associate who entered the order.
