**Production Technician I - Lehigh Valley, PA** The Production Technician I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain KDP's high standards in safety and quality. Responsible to be a Tool Owner. Requires close attention to timelines and to track tool build using whiteboard system. Will need to communicate clearly to coordinate with coworkers, management, and customer. Technician will perform tool installations and service repairs of equipment in the field; accomplishment of these tasks requires comprehension of the system and subsystem function, interaction, and operation. Travel will be required to fulfill these duties. May mentor other technicians on the production floor with less experience providing guidance and training. Comprehension and use of engineering releases, flow plans, and electrical schematics. Use method sheets to follow and understand procedures used.
