Position Summary:
The Production Technician 2: PVA works with materials to create a finished product for commercial or industrial use. Please note that this position has a typical schedule of Monday - Thursday, 7am to 6pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow checklist for production start-up including: preparing machine for production, ensuring line is ready for production, turning on production equipment including but not limited to: compressor, vacuum, Mattpak, etc.
Input work orders into appropriate printers to ensure accurate product marking.
Affix product label rolls onto labeling machine.
Initiate and monitor the operation of the automated bagging machine.
Generate pallet tickets and record pallet information clearly and accurately.
Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure product meets Satellite standards and identify and report any quality defects promptly.
Count materials and report inventory discrepancies.
Understanding work orders and bill of materials and ability to review and sign off on materials as required.
Count and stack boxed product(s) in a neat and thorough manner.
Move, stack, wrap, and replace pallets on robot.
Bag packets into bags utilizing appropriate equipment/machinery.
Perform accurate hand-counting of packets.
Complete housekeeping duties regularly, following standard operating procedures and operational needs including but not limited to: sweeping, squeegeeing floors, cleaning process equipment, etc.
Report waste and scrap materials in an accurate and timely manner.
Verify that all materials match the specifications outlined in work orders.
Labeling containers to meet customer specifications and federal regulations.

No formal supervisory role.
Education and Experience Requirements:
This position prefers a high school diploma/GED.
3+ years of chemical production experience or the equivalent of training and experience.
3+ years manufacturing equipment operation experience.

Proficient understanding of running manufacturing equipment.

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions, chemical labels, safety regulations, and company policies, etc.

A senior member of the Electro-Mechanical assemblers team. Assembles electrical components and circuits by reading and interpreting specifications, assembly drawings, outline drawings, and bills of materials. Wires components together, which may include cutting and bending conduit. Performs small precision assembly and assembly of large units as required. Fabricates or modifies parts or structures according to specifications, using drills and cutters. Completes documentation and maintains traceability records. Summary
Eagle Eye Networks is growing and seeking an Assembly Technician. This is an entry-level role with a range of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. The Assembly Technician will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and the manufacturing team to ensure all computer-type equipment is to standard according to Standard Operating Procedures and quality ready for the customer. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble materials, switches, bridges, CMVR's
Build product sub assemblies or final assemblies
Able to assemble and disassemble computers efficiently
Strong knowledge of all computer hardware components which include chipsets, RAM and CPU's
Load software and test equipment upon assembly completion
Navigate and Operate Bios in the software download
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications

Overview:
The Construction Inspector is responsible for the monitoring, inspections, and reporting of quality and performance of capital improvement projects. This position reports to Director(s) of Engineering and serves as a primary support role for Project Managers. * Reads and interprets construction contracts, drawings, specifications and other project related documentation to effectively inspect, observe and report on contractor activities and to verify that the work is compliant; informs contractors and/or applicable managers of any deviations in compliance with contract documents or failure to rectify work.
* Maintains accurate, up-to-date and factual daily log describing the activities and the work of the General Construction Contractor and/or their subcontractor, including conversations (phone calls, in person, etc.); prepares and submits related daily reports.
* Utilizes and maintains the paper and electronic document control systems.
* Maintains project record files; prepares deficiency reports and follows up to ensure correction.
* Provides oversight on multiple, simultaneous projects; observes and reports on issues impacting the work or the progress of the work. Coordinates with the contractor on daily and weekly schedule tasks in the field and reports any delayed tasks to the Construction Manager. Advises contractor and reports non-compliant work or materials to the Construction Manager.
