Willingly and capably contribute to team solutions in a Lean Manufacturing environment. Willingly and successfully take ownership of varied work tasks in a startup environment. Assist team by performing duties in other areas of production/manufacturing Requirements: High school degree or GED. Written and verbal fluency with the English language. Ability to read and understand work/test instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience in Electro-Mechanical assembly operations. Capable of carrying 75# +, when needed; perform assembly work in a standing or sitting position. Experience working on teams. As a Production Techni cian with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will perform a variety of production assembly tasks, including a commitment to quality, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), safety rules, maintaining manufacturing standards and utilizing written procedures and documentation where appropriate. Production tasks require the ability to follow written/verbal instructions and a thorough knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment. Additional Duties: Perform simple assembly using microscope, basic tools, fine hand tools, epoxy/cures, inspection processes, and good soldering techniques. During production may perform such tasks as soldering, spot welding, and washing utilizing documentation such as drawings, routers, Bills of Material's and specification using the manufacturing standards, ISO 9001 and AS9100. Must inspect all workmanship and special processes of an operation performed ensuring quality before moving into next operation. Show commitment to quality and Total Customer Satisfaction (TSC) through dedicating skills to achieve zero defect status. Responsible for knowing and using proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures as outlined in the ESD manual. Communicates with supervisors, lead persons and other departments concerning any problems with product, assembly, documentation, and/or schedule.
