Job Responsibilities:
Reads and interprets electrical drawings and schematics for their value stream.
Attaches sheet metal sides to pre-assembled frames and installs motion components (gantry).
Ensures that goals and expectations are met, and product is being developed on schedule
Ensures equipment is in optimum working order and brings issues to supervisors' attention within one hour when aware of machine interruption.
Maintains confidentiality of customer information, 100% of the time.
Keeps a neat and organized work station for safety and efficiency, 100% of the time

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the packaging and labeling of the finished goods at our cultivation and manufacturing centers. In this role The Production Technician is responsible for preparing flower for sale, including bucking, trimming, and packaging of cannabis flower products. This position reports to the Production Manager.
What impact you'll make:
Assist with bucking and de-stemming harvests.
Trim flower for sale, and process into final packaging.
Production of pre-roll cannabis products (If legalized by the NY DOH).
Assemble secondary packaging, and package cannabis products into secondary packaging.
Print and apply labels to various types of finish packaged product.
Can read instruments (balances, calipers, etc.)
Carry out quality control checks on finished products.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment including cleaning equipment.
Manage parallel workflows.
Keeps a detailed production log, dating and recording all tasks performed and relevant.
Comfortable performing in a goal driven work environment.
Interacts with electronic record keeping.
Perform other functions as necessary to provide an adequate supply of product to meet patient demand.
Provide feedback to improve process quality.
Some machine maintenance will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Familiarity with cables, connectors, interface and small hand tools.
Learn manufacturing systems used for inventory picking/packing/kitting, work order Bill Of Materials (BOM), inspection and testing procedures, gluing procedures, basic soldering procedures, crimping procedures and various procedures for tubing materials and cable processing.
Team oriented receiving daily work order assignments accordingly.
Reference the list of jobs, or assigned jobs, to complete for customers' orders and stock replenishment.
Assemblers are required to take ownership of their work and provide a visual inspection, mechanical inspection, as well as basic continuity testing before submitting work for final test and approval.
Ability to provide critical in-process feedback.
