Key Responsibilities: Familiarity with cables, connectors, interface and small hand tools. Learn manufacturing systems used for inventory picking/packing/kitting, work order Bill Of Materials (BOM), inspection and testing procedures, gluing procedures, basic soldering procedures, crimping procedures and various procedures for tubing materials and cable processing. Team oriented receiving daily work order assignments accordingly. Reference the list of jobs, or assigned jobs, to complete for customers' orders and stock replenishment. Assemblers are required to take ownership of their work and provide a visual inspection, mechanical inspection, as well as basic continuity testing before submitting work for final test and approval. Ability to provide critical in-process feedback. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in detail-oriented jobs, accuracy with numbers and part numbers. Creating high quality products in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with Team Leader to continuously establish and improve quality in the production process. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all guidelines for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), tool use, etc. Consistently demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ability to access information from the computer system, attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to efficiently manage time.
