Responsibilities
The following represents a list of essential duties and responsibilities; other duties may be assigned as required.
* Build units per design drawings and work instructions, including assembly, pipe fitting and fabrication, as required
* Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and systems
* Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Maintain records of materials and quality data as required
* Participate in factory acceptance testing, as necessary
* Participate in the day-to-day running of the manufacturing process, taking on additional responsibilities as needed
* Participate in continuous improvement activities
* Proactively identify health, safety & quality issues and concerns as soon as they arise
* Recommend improvements to the lean manufacturing process
Qualifications
* Self-motivated with high-quality standards, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
* 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in advanced technical assembly
* Associate's degree or Certification in plumbing, pipefitting, welding, or related trade preferred
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Basic computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook Email; ERP system experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail

Position Overview
The Lead, Kitting/Assembly is responsible for the accurate and efficient building of bulk product into value-added packages for our customers.
Second Shift: 2:30PM to 10:30PM
Responsibilities Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in all General Worker duties and responsibilities.
Direct employees to finish kitting/assembly while also reporting to Supervisor for next kitting/assembly assignment. This includes delegating duties to other employees on the line to ensure that the next kit is ready to run.
Update SQDIP board and complete basic problem solving.
Review work instructions for assembly requirements. Ability to understand and communicate details of job ticket information through department software and paperwork provided.
Anticipate needed supplies and ensure inventories of supply items are at their proper levels to complete a job. Notify supervisor of any shortages.
May collect temporary worker timesheets and conduct initial review for accuracy.
Instruct, coach and support personnel in performance of their job descriptions while running small kits.
Provide training as needed.
Assists in duties when supervisor is out. May provide direction to temporary workers in lieu of supervisor.
Set up production line to start a production cycle, get first piece approval for each job/sub job.
Control and adjust machine settings as necessary
Produce required kit and or sub kit assembly by placing assigned product into kit, verifying product quality, packaging product on moving line and ensuring product protection once packaged.
Monitor lines to ensure optimum running speed and quality.
Troubleshoot problems during kitting & assembly operation and report issues.
Accurately complete all Load Tags and prepares product for the next operation.
When processing mail ensure to meet all USPS regulations and guidelines/requirements. Applies current postage and mailing labels to all domestic and foreign mail. Complete all necessary paperwork to move the product through the mail stream efficiently.
Perform maintenance to department equipment or facilitate preventative maintenance work
Track job costs/production hours as applicable
Contribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirements.
Meet productivity and quality standards by completing work in timely and accurate manner.
Work overtime as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Mandatory Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), four plus years of relevant industry experience or 520 hours as an Imagine temporary employee along with manager's approval to hire full-time.
Preferred Qualifications
1 plus years of experience working in printing, manufacturing, distribution and/or fulfilment.
Willingness and ability to obtain high school diploma or GED within a reasonable time period of being placed in the role if do not have High School Diploma or GED. Tuition reimbursement provided.
1 plus years of experience using BVM Shrink Wrapper, Tape Machines, Conveyors, Piece Scales, Poly Bagger and Pallet Wrappers
Bilingual Spanish/English

Job Description
As a Project Engineering Technician II for Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE), you will be working under the immediate supervision/direction of a registered professional engineer. You will work as a team member alongside site managers and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services. Our special Inspections technicians play a critical role in the quality assurance for every construction project no matter how large or small. Special Inspections Technicians actively collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing along with the continuous monitoring of general contractor activities, which may include but are not limited to onsite testing and reporting of earthwork and soil construction; foundation/subgrade evaluation; reinforcing steel; concrete placements; masonry as well as asphalt testing. Special Inspections Technicians are also responsible for accurately preparing daily reports for submission to the assigned project engineer. These reports not only include your test results summary, but detailed construction site observations as well.
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
2-5 years of experience demonstrating knowledge of construction materials testing services. OR more than 5 years' experience in lieu of certifications and exhibits skills appropriate for this technician level.
Must have the following two active certifications: ACI-1 Concrete and ICC Soils (or SCDOT/NCDOT Earthwork) plus have the ability to obtain and or recertify for one of the certifications below within three months of employment:
ICC Reinforced Concrete or ICC Masonry + 1 additional industry certification (i.e., fireproofing) based on the discretion of your managers' needs.
Valid Driver's License with Clean Motor Vehicle Driving history (3 years)
Ability to work outdoors on a construction site in all seasons and weather conditions for extended periods of time, and during regular construction hours, including early AM concrete placements.
You must be self-motivated, able to efficiently work independently while completing scheduled tasks.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team members, BLE leadership, clients, local, state, and federal authorities of all levels.

As a Project Engineering Technician I for Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE), you will be working under the immediate supervision/direction of a registered professional engineer. You will work as a team member alongside site managers and engineers to perform the required inspection or sampling services. Our special Inspections technicians play a critical role in the quality assurance for every construction project no matter how large or small. Special Inspections Technicians actively collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing along with the continuous monitoring of general contractor activities, which may include but are not limited to onsite testing and reporting of earthwork and soil construction; foundation/subgrade evaluation; reinforcing steel; concrete placements; masonry as well as asphalt testing. Special Inspections Technicians are also responsible for accurately preparing daily reports for submission to the assigned project engineer. These reports not only include your test results summary, but detailed construction site observations as well.
Minimum Job Requirements
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
Valid Driver's License with Clean Motor Vehicle Driving history (3 years)
Ability to work outdoors on a construction site in all seasons and weather conditions for extended periods of time.
You must be self-motivated, able to efficiently work independently while completing scheduled tasks.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team members, BLE leadership, clients, local, state, and federal authorities of all levels.
Must be detail oriented and work in a time conscious and time effective manner.

Responsibilities
Assemble units per design drawings and work instructions, including assembly, pipe fitting and machining, as required
Assemble electrical and mechanical systems

Participate in factory acceptance testing, as necessary

Qualifications

Must possess a basic understanding of electrical circuit design and concepts
