Position Summary:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Assembly Technician who is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting components and finished products according to company specifications and quality standards. This role supports production goals by ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. Training will be provided, and this position offers opportunities for growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electric vehicles, trailers, and pallet jacks according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
Assemble HD and SA kits
Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect parts and assemblies for defects to ensure product quality.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving assembly or quality issues.
Report production or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team and production objectives.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required - training will be provided.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools safely.

Concorde Battery Georgia Corporation is currently looking for a driven candidate to start a career assembling batteries. Successful candidate will need to fulfill daily production requirements given from the department supervisor. The position will work at various workstations within the stage one battery assembly department. The candidate will be given hands on training by the supervisor and colleagues; this is an exceptional career opportunity. Previous experience is not required but a plus. Overtime may be available.
Competencies:
Follow written and oral instructions.
Operate and adjust machine(s) to control quality standards within stage one department.
Verify setup and the correct material is being used.
Case groups in correct orientation.
Use a hand torch.
Operate epoxy machine.
Inspect and clean plates.
Finish battery terminals.
Standing for long periods of time.
Maneuvering up to 80 pounds.
Reaching, carrying, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling.
Wearing a respirator and other required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Comply with all safety requirements; participate in safety training/practices.
Maintain a clean work area and follow company hygiene guidelines.
Use small hand tools.
Communicate to supervisor when detecting defective materials.
Fill out daily production report
Work with and around hazardous materials.
Work in hot and cold temperatures.
Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Read, write, and speak English
Punctual and reliable
Must complete pre-employment physical/drug screen
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 5:45am-4:15pm
