Job Title: Micro Assembler
Position Overview:
Micro assembly using manual die attach with conductive epoxy, wedge wire bonding and parallel gap welding techniques necessary in manufacturing high frequency RF products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare components for standard micro assembly.
* Perform rework and repair operations on electronic parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
* Follow established Quality Assurance Standards to inspect in process electrical, RF microwave or mechanical components/assemblies by microscope.
* Read and interpret assembly drawings.
* Train, explain procedures and techniques to other assemblers.
* Confer with supervisors, test technicians, engineers and quality to plan or review work activities or to resolve production problems.
* Perform other duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time, with or without notice.
Key Competencies & Skills required:

Job Description
Our Production Technology Technician will be reporting directly to the Supervisor of the Technology division. Working closely with a small team in a manufacturing environment, this candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the computer's equipment for key staff members at various levels, in various departments, in the manufacturing area of the plant. This position is on 2nd shift Monday through Friday 3pm-12am
(some OT is required until 2am as needed.)
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure computers in the manufacturing area are properly serviced including a scheduled preventive maintenance in order to provide optimal performance.
Provide help desk support for hardware problems to manufacturing equipment.
Answer questions about the manufacturing systems' status.
Diagnose hardware/software problems. Perform minor computer repairs
Provide appropriate level of support to guarantee Operations continuity
Audit and monitor proper functionality of newly improved system terminals
Provide training about correct operation of system terminals
Work closely with Maintenance Technicians, Engineers and the IT department in troubleshooting. Collaborate with Operations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required. 2 years of college degree or technical school (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
CompTIA A+ and N+ Certification required or equivalent experience.
Prior manufacturing environment experience (preferred).
Excellent communication skills. Bilingual in Creole, Hindi, or Spanish (preferred.)
Strong Experience Imaging Computers Using Norton Ghost, Acronis, or AOMEI

This role will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products on an assembly line or independently in a manufacturing facility. * Read and understand the bill of materials and work order instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings
* Complete assembly tasks, use various hand, pneumatic, and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses (may use cranes and hoists); Responsibilities may also include specialized work such as tube bending and soldering
* Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Stay updated on changes in assembly processes and product specifications.
* Test and troubleshoot assemblies
* Monitor and request materials and components as needed for assembly
* Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED), required
* 1+ years of experience with assembly or other fast paced operations
Key Competencies:
* Ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written
* Ability to problem solve
* Ability to perform varied and complex tasks
* Lift a maximum of 35 lbs for an individual and 70 lbs for a team lift
Preferences:
* Experience using various hand, pneumatic, and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses
* General computer knowledge (i.e. log on credentials (SSO), JD Edwards, and Microsoft Outlook)
* Ability to read and understand the bill of materials and work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings

LifeLens Technologies, Inc. is a medical device developer located in Ivyland, PA. We are pioneering innovative, next-generation treatment devices for personal health monitoring.
We are seeking to hire Electronic Assembly Technicians. This is a full-time, on-site position.
You are a detailed oriented problem solver. You will support manufacturing production by performing manufacturing processes within a GMP environment. Essential Functions
Able to read and follow batch process documentation and perform tasks as instructed
Work with tools to complete manufacturing steps
Able to concentrate on detailed work without distraction
Comply with all company and government safety and quality regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment when necessary
Competencies
Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
Experience in PCB circuit assembly and manufacturing preferred
Surface mounted technology (SMT) equipment operation experience preferred
Must be comfortable learning new computer programs on manufacturing equipment (i.e. UV printer, laser cutter)
Able to work under a microscope. Fine motor skills, dexterity, and excellent hand-eye coordination required
Soldering skills a plus (Note: Successful candidates may be asked to demonstrate their skills working under a microscope.)
Must be detailed oriented
Must be able to read and write in English
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands
Able to sit and/or stand for an extended period while working.
Must have excellent fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
Vision: Must be able to work under a microscope for extended periods
Able to lift 50 lbs.
