Compensation:
DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis.
Pay range: $50,600 - $55,800 per year. To ensure equity, our compensation philosophy is to bring people into new roles in the range of the mid-point of that role. Factors considered for pay include the level of skill, experience, training, external market factors, and internal value.
Profit sharing bonus: Over the last 3 years, quarterly bonuses ranged between 11% and 16%. Future bonuses could be higher or lower depending on company profits.

Summary
Assemble and finish production components to specifications, perform functional tests, recognize, and report defective parts with little to no supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assemble various critical tolerance hydraulic assembly components while following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
* Finish applications such as lockwire, sealant, and paint touch-up. Installation of identification plates, grease fittings, clamps, and zip ties.
* Using a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments that monitor and verify drawing/work order requirements are being met.
* Monitoring and verifying quality in accordance with manufacturing planning, quality plans, and engineering drawings.
* Ability to calibrate pressure gauges and transducers per Acceptance Test Procedure requirements.
* Understand and complete acceptance test procedures with little to no supervision.

BlackSky is looking for a strong Assembly, Integration & Test (AI&T) Technician based in our Tukwila, WA office. As an AI&T Technician you will be expected to support the assembly, test, and delivery of our satellites. You will work on production efforts and will be expected to become familiar with assembly and test procedures and techniques across a wide variety of products. Travel to international and domestic launch sites may be required to support satellite integration with the launch vehicle. This role is expected in the office full-time and reports to the Director of Production.
Responsibilities:
* Perform mechanical assembly and test operations on our satellite production line.
* Assemble and inspect electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical assemblies.
* Set up and execute functional and performance tests of electronics components and systems.
* Participate in anomaly/failure investigation and resolution.
* Provide feedback on designs and processes; participate in process improvement activities.
* Support other assembly and test activities across the company such as wire harnesses, printed circuit assemblies, etc.
* Fine-pitch soldering, wire harness assembly and repair, epoxy/adhesive application, and mechanical assembly
* Other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience with lab equipment (multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc.).
* At least two years of experience in at least two of the following areas:
* wire harness assembly,
* PCA assembly and test,
* mechanical assembly,
* epoxy/adhesive preparation and application,
* electromechanical component, and/or
* system testing.
* Able to perform moderate physical labor involving standing for extended durations, reaching and bending, etc. and to work to a schedule and follow directions.
* Capability to work in a dynamic, multi-task, environment with frequently shifting priorities and technical challenges.
* The ability to think independently while also embracing communication among a large and diverse set of project and company stakeholders.
* Must be a US Person.
Preferred Qualifications:
* J-STD-001 soldering certification.
* Previous experience (2-4 years) working on spaceflight hardware.
* Experience with environmental test equipment.

The anticipated salary range for candidates in Washington state is $36.50 to $41.50 per hour. The final compensation package offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on specific background and education. BlackSky is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect salary ranges in other states or locations outside of Seattle, WA.

Stoke Space is building a fully reusable orbital launch system by re-thinking how spacecraft are designed, built, and inspected from first principles. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be a frontline guardian of quality and reliability, responsible for performing critical Liquid Penetrant inspections on flight-critical hardware. Your meticulous work will directly ensure the safety and integrity of our vehicle.

You must be agile, focused, and ready to learn on the fly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where trust and honesty are fundamental.
Responsibilities
Set up, calibrate, and operate equipment to perform Liquid Penetrant inspections on flight-critical hardware- including welds, tubes, and complex machined components- in accordance with industry standards and internal procedures.
Interpret, evaluate, and disposition inspection results against engineering drawings and acceptance criteria, creating detailed and accurate reports to document all findings.
Collaborate directly with engineering, manufacturing, and welding teams to schedule inspections, clearly communicate findings, and provide feedback on hardware quality.
Assist in developing, refining, and validating NDT procedures and inspection techniques, particularly for new products and complex geometries.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to Level I technicians and trainees to support team development and ensure consistent quality.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by staying current with industry advancements and assisting in the research of new inspection capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience working as a certified Level II NDT inspector.
Must be certified to NDT Level II in Liquid Penetrant (PT) in accordance with NAS 410 or ASNT SNT-TC-1A.
Alternatively, candidates with demonstrated NDT experience who are certifiable to Level II in Eddy Current (ET) will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, such as ASTM E1417 and AWS D17.1.
Exceptional communication skills, a high degree of ownership over your work, and a strong commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional NDT Level II or III certifications in methods such as Eddy Current (ET), Radiography (RT/CR/DR), Visual (VT), Ultrasonic (UT/PAUT), or Magnetic Particle (MT).
American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
Experience performing inspections within the aerospace industry, particularly on weldments and advanced materials (e.g., superalloys, titanium, high-strength aluminum).
Knowledge of additional aerospace standards (e.g., NASA, AMS, ASME).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and formal problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, PPS).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with NDT-specific software.
Additional Requirements
Must meet minimum vision requirements, including 20/25 (Snellen) at 16” or equivalent.
Must be willing to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Target Levels:
