Core responsibilities
Collaborate and communicate clearly with a team of 3-4 technicians
Assemble disposable medical device components using screwdrivers, torque wrenches, tube cutters, and tube stretchers
Perform heat sealing, print labels, and handle labeling, packaging, and boxing
Apply adhesives and cure using UV wands
Conduct flow testing and laser welding with fixtures
Leak test disposable components and subassemblies using fixtures
Track and record serial numbers in a database
Maintain a clean, well-organized work area at all times

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full time, 1st- shift Assembly Technician for our industrial electronics production team. The Technician will assemble a wide variety of electronic equipment using basic hand and power tools as well as test and calibration in a clean, climate controlled work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assemble products using basic hand tools and power tools, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Test and calibrate electronic components using automated test software to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Inspect completed assemblies for quality, identifying and correcting any defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain a consistent pace of work to achieve production targets and uphold quality requirements.
Package and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packed and properly labeled.
Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while keeping the work area clean and organized.
Communicate clearly and effectively with other staff members to support teamwork and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with product assembly.
Shipping / Receiving experience a plus.
Basic familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Ability to perform soldering on both through-hole (TH) and surface-mount technology (SMT) electronic components, highly preferred.
Basic electronics and troubleshooting knowledge, highly preferred.
