Role Overview:
The Production Technician will manufacture of bulk API pharmaceuticals in accordance with customer and internal specifications.
Core Responsibilities:
Complete batch records in accordance with FDA and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines
Provide process support and troubleshooting necessary to meet all customer requirements
Maintain the facility in excellent FDA/cGMP posture â–ª Responsible for safety equipment and active participation in safety program and hazard analysis. Wears appropriate PPE for task.
Ensure that waste is appropriately characterized, labelled, stored and disposed in compliance with all Company, state and federal regulations. Works collaboratively with Environmental, Health & Safety, as appropriate.
Assure all production/support equipment is in proper operating condition and that all production equipment is appropriately labelled with a current status tag. Works collaboratively with Maintenance, as appropriate.
Ensure the security and safe handling of all controlled substances at all times. Strictly adheres to all Company and DEA regulations.
Ensure a level of housekeeping appropriate for a pharmaceutical manufacturer and maintain 5S areas.

Complex batch processing and unit operations, such as hydrogenations, PFD operations etc.

Qualifications:
Required
High School Diploma with 5-7 years of experience in an API Manufacturing facility or AA in Chemistry, Engineering, or other related technical field with 3-5 years of experience or BS in Chemistry, Engineering or other related technical field

Student - Theatre and Dance Production Technician

Student employees will support the Theater & Dance department's productions, specifically in the areas of technical production, as required by a specific production's needs. This position will be specialized toward the technology components of the theatrical process (lighting, sound, video, etc.), but will also have crossover with the scenic and carpentry responsibilities as needed. This position will also support the technology needs for campus events taking place in the Kaleidoscope (lectures, dinners, ceremonies, etc.)
Work is done in the Kaleidoscope's scene shop, Lenfest Theater, and Blackbox Studio Theater, under the direct supervision of the Theater & Dance department's Technical Director & Production Manager and Performing Arts Technician. Schedule may vary weekly. Some evening and weekend hours will likely be required during a production's load in period and tech weekend, and during campus events taking place in the building.
Typical work week may average between 12 and 20 hours.
Responsibilities:
Learn and practice a variety of skills (depending on the needs of the production) primarily including hanging and focusing lights, setting up microphones and speakers, and (as needed for the production), scenic carpentry, metalworking, scenic painting, and theatrical rigging.
Support the technology needs for campus events taking place in the Kaleidoscope (lectures, dinners, ceremonies, etc.)
Train on the theaters fly-system and operation along with other specified theatrical equipment.
Help with the set-up of both theater spaces for rehearsal and technical rehearsals.
Assist in scheduled maintenance and organization of shop and theater gear and equipment.
Requirements:
Current full-time student at Ursinus College
Must learn shop and theater safety requirements and adhere to those protocols during work calls.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Williams Assembly team. This role will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products on an assembly line or independently in a manufacturing facility. A Williams Assembler works with a team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of products while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is consistent, a team player, a great communicator, and can meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
* Assemble components and parts following detailed instructions. Stay updated on changes in assembly processes and product specifications.
* Read and understand the bill of materials and work order instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings
* Complete assembly tasks, use various hand, pneumatic, and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses (may use cranes and hoists); Responsibilities may also include specialized work such as tube bending and soldering. Meet or exceed production targets and quotas. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve daily and monthly targets.
* Monitor and request materials and components as needed for assembly. Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages.
* Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Perform quality checks by established quality procedures and ISO requirements. Identify and report defects or issues in the assembly process and necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality. Test and troubleshoot assemblies.
* Participate in training programs to improve maintenance skills and product knowledge. Attend monthly EHS trainings. Follow all policies and procedures (i.e. report on time and ready to work - Start/Lunch/Breaks)
* Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly. Follow 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Test PSI limit no greater than 30,000. Lift a maximum of 35 lbs for an individual and 70 lbs for a team lift. Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years' experience in Mechanical Assembly or Fasted Paced Organizations
Core Competencies:
* Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally with hoist to be used on objects over 40 pounds.
* Standing: Standing is required in periods of up to three hours at a time.
* Stooping: Would be required to lift objects off pallets
* Hand Dexterity: Must be able to work with hand tools, screws and gauges, as well as operating buttons on controls.
* Verbal Communication: Must be capable of clear communication between co-workers and supervisor.
* Carrying: Capable of carrying 40 pounds for a distance of up to 25 feet.
Preferences:
* General computer knowledge (i.e. log on credentials (SSO), JD Edwards, and Microsoft Outlook)
* Process driven and systematic in their approach to completing their work
* Experience using various hand, pneumatic, and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses
* Ability to read and understand the bill of materials and work instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings

reports to the Supervisor of the Assembly department
Responsibilities:
Read work orders, follow drawings/work instructions, sample assemblies, or verbal orders to assemble products
Assemble manufactured products according to blueprints, work orders, verbal instructions, or work instructions
Execute assembly builds in a timely manner as defined by the production schedule
Work at bench or on the shop floor to assemble vehicle accessories
Collect parts from inventory, as needed
Receive verbal instruction on priority of orders
Set-up daily work according to production schedule or verbal instructions
Use hand tools including torque controlled electric drills, wrenches, torque wrenches, and auto screw feeder
Work at different workstations & cross-train to support other assembly departments, as required
Group and package finished products with packing list for processing by shipping department
Package parts together according to production schedule or verbal instructions
Operate various packaging equipment including paper machine, hand sealer, bubble machine, tape machine and tape gun
Label finished products and complete paperwork
Maintain a clean work area and participate in the maintenance of the facility
Adhere to all safety and ESD protection standards as dictated by company
Preform testing on a variety of custom electronic products
Participate in product assembly training sessions, team activities and our continuous improvement process
Utilize quality assurance tools such as the Vision System, Inspection Tracker, and Quality Tracker to ensure product standards are met and maintained

Requirements:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, technical certification a plus
Mechanically inclined with experience using basic hand tools

Must possess a strong attention to detail
