Responsibilities
Responsible for construction of doors and windows made to order.
Check product and raw material specifications (lengths, angles, size).
Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment and storage area.
Apply and understand mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
Follow safety programs and ensure compliance of OSHA regulation.
Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Must be able to understand and communicate safety and other work-related instructions. Alertness and ability to adapt to warehouse routines is required. Warehouse operations environment with considerable physical exertion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Typically more than three (3) years of experience in related job function. Role may require technical certification, or associates degree.

Summary:
The Assembler will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications.
Essential Functions:
Accountable for daily assembly in Production
Tasks:
Assembles metal products according to directions.
Reads blueprints or similar documentation then builds to those specifications.
Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed.
Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
Observe all safety requirements.
Setup and operate a rivet machine.
Package finished goods.
Maintain required efficiency rates.
Able to work with limited supervision.
Capable of clipping lock bars both manually and automated.
Sorting and packaging injection molding parts.
Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
Employee must show up to work on time and be able to work overtime as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Our engineering technicians team is an integral part of our R&D organization supporting new product development and post-launch product evolution. Responsibilities include performing research, building prototypes, validating test methods, inspecting products, conducting tests, analyzing data, ensuring sites are safe and clean, and reporting to the Lab supervisor/Manager. This is an entry level position where the individual works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Key skills include an ability to troubleshoot equipment/testing, communicate effectively, and as well as demonstrating a basic understanding of engineering terminology and being able to work well in a team.
Knowledge & Skills
Familiar with basic mechanical and related to medical devices and practice is required
Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and documentation is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with Minitab or basic statistics terms
Basic of QSSOPs, GMP/FDA/ISO 9001, etc., principles and ability to integrate into software engineering discipline.
