Responsibilities:
Reviews and analyzes U.S. Navy Aegis Combat System Engineering Capabilities and Limitations and U.S. Navy Operational and Tactical doctrine and integrates and conceptualizes the execution of Doctrine optimizing the application of ship's Combat Systems capabilities and limitation in the dynamic operational tactical environment.
Observes and assesses contemporaries during Practice and Certification Teaches per requirements NAVEDTRA 135.
Prepares, reviews; and customizes curriculum lesson plans and instructor guide in support of traditional classroom teaching.
Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
Maintains records of training activities, participant progress and program effectiveness.
Supports updates of course curriculum on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Qualifications:
Seven (7) years of experience with the required system or process as either a maintenance technician or operator with responsibility for teaching the applicable system or function task to others in an apprentice level training environment.
Of the seven years, one (1) year of experience as an instructor in a Navy Training Environment, to include presentation skills, public speaking, curriculum maintenance, writing learning objectives, preparing test items, evaluating instructional materials and the results of instruction and counseling students on academic learning problems.
Required additional qualification: RSC qualified and NEC 1387/V70A.May consider the following NEC V43A, V16A, V04A or V71A.
Must be able to support training with extended periods on your feet while instructing. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. SCSTC/ATRC/TACTRAGRU is a significant plus. Must be able to support training with extended periods on your feet while instructing.

About the Real Estate Program
The Real Estate program at USD was established in the early 1990s and has since evolved into a dynamic and highly regarded program. We offer a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree, along with both a major and a minor in real estate at the undergraduate level. In support of JCVI strategic goals actively plays a major role in seeking support for independent and team-based research projects. A Professor is expected to manage a research team, or teams comprised of several junior scientific staff who are engaged in significant and productive projects.

Identifies research project needs and ensures projects are brought to successful completion.

Individuals who do not hold a Ph.D. or M.D. but with comparable experience in a relevant field and have demonstrated exceptional scientific accomplishments and technology development may also be eligible. A BIT ABOUT US: What makes Dance To EvOLvE unique is that we are a mobile dance company - meaning we are not just a 'one' studio but all over the San Diego area (not to mention Cleveland and Chicago)! Through our exceptional teachers, we offer high quality classes in recreation centers, schools and other venues all around San Diego. We are a team who enjoy what we do. Our mission is to EvOLvE not only our students, but our teachers as well.

Class Type: We offer classes in: Creative Movement, Tap, Ballet, and Hip Hop for ages 14 months-12 years old
Location: Various areas around San Diego
Schedule: Various days and times
Compensation: Hourly rate is dependent on experience, location and class size, ranging from $24-$35 per hour. Paid admin time and bonus potential!
