Designed by the renowned architecture firm, Studio Gang, the facility includes landscaped grounds, by the firm SCAPE, and secures AMFA's position as one of the top cultural institutions in the region. The department chair will bring expertise in various ceramics techniques, a passion for community and craft, and a commitment to fostering creativity and artistic expression in our students. The incumbent will be expected to have a statewide program. Close collaboration with extension and research colleagues, both within AFRC and across relevant disciplines and organizations, will also be essential to success. The successful candidate will be expected to publish in peer-reviewed outlets, extension publications, web-based media, and popular press. Position Summary:
This is a full-time 9-month contract position with a teaching, service, and scholarship appointment in the Department of Agriculture and Tourism in the College of Business and Economic Development.
