As a R2R SAP Solution Designer , you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver innovative capabilities with industry leading practices and products. Responsibilities
+ Serve as SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing hands-on configuration expertise across core modules including SAP GL, AP, AR, FA, Bank Accounting, FSCM (Treasury), CCA, PCA, Material Ledger, COPA, and Concur.
+ Lead the design and definition of organizational structures and chart of accounts within SAP, translating business requirements into scalable system specifications to support both current and future financial needs.
+ Drive the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing enhancement of SAP FICO systems, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA functionalities such as New GL, Fixed Assets, Group Reporting, and Project Systems.
+ Manage and support full software development lifecycle activities and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid), including business requirements gathering, system design and configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
+ Integrate SAP FICO modules with other SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, and PS, ensuring seamless end-to-end business process execution.

+ Provide configuration and functional expertise in project settlement to fixed assets, including WBS, networks, activities, scheduling, CATS, resource-related billing, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
+ Develop functional specifications for custom ABAP developments (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms), and collaborate with technical teams for delivery.
+ Lead R2R (Record to Report) functions as a senior functional lead, with responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
+ Coordinate and document project go-live activities, provide post-go-live support, and ensure user training, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
+ Plan and manage system enhancements, upgrades, and patching activities within SAP ecosystem, ensuring adherence to best practices in governance, risk, and compliance (e.g., SOX).
+ Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring proper financial controls and documentation, and responding to audit requests in a timely and accurate manner.
