Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking Construction Senior ProjectManager to work on K-12 and Higher Education Facilities. This role is not remote and requires on site presence. Within this role, the individual will be responsible to oversee the delivery of various scope projects for K-12 and Higher Ed building construction, reconstruction and renovation projects as well as various MEP upgrades and sitework projects. Licensed Professional Engineer Registration in CT required.
Licensed Professional Engineer Registration in other states and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) certification is a plus.
Water Resources Engineering experience with storm drainage, stream restoration, bridge/culvert replacement, flood control and dams.
Experience with hydrologic, hydraulic and storm drainage modeling softwares.
Experience with MS4, CTDEEP, ACOE and FEMA permitting is a plus.
Experience with low impact development, resiliency, and sustainability is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, projectmanagement and time management skills are essential.
Involvement with professional organizations is a plus.

Review project status with financial information and reconcile all discrepancies
Review and approve all project invoices from detailers, erectors, outside vendors; and process to purchasing department for final review
Prepare and submit timely and accurate billing of customer on a monthly basis, and review & follow-up with customer on delinquent payments
Ensure constant and consistent follow up with field operations; then follow through on information obtained
Travel to project sites for weekly/bi-weekly job meetings and coordinate with customer, design team, and other subcontractors affecting our work
Develop and maintain project schedules in conformance with contract requirements, identifying key milestones and critical path
Coordinate deliveries from the shop and vendors, ensuring that they are timely and within planned schedules
