Project & Portfolio Management Oversee complex real estate development projects from concept through construction completion and conversion. Track day-to-day progress to ensure goals are met, budgets are honored, risks are mitigated, and outcomes are delivered efficiently and effectively. Compliance & Funding Prepare applications for competitive funding and ensure alignment with HUD, CHFA, DOH, DECD, IRS Section 42, and other regulatory requirements. Review developer financials, underwriting analyses, capital needs assessments, and documentation needed for major financing opportunities. Advise leadership on regulatory changes, compliance expectations, and impacts on current or future projects. Strategic Growth & Innovation Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential development strategies within and outside Connecticut. Research funding pathways and creative capital structures for both new and ongoing projects.
