This position provides support to the Senior Manager and 1st level Managers of the BCA Structures Seats Analysis Team. This is a key role providing integration and planning across all our teams that directly support Seat Development and Certification for Customer Introductions.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced (Level 3) and Senior (Level 4) ProjectManagement Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
* Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with projectmanagement industry standards.
* Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in ProjectManagement OR Master's Degree and 4+ years experience in ProjectManagement OR 10+ years experience in ProjectManagement
* Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
* Experience with articulating data analysis summaries verbally or via PowerPoint presentations to various audience including senior management.

* Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, equivalent technical school training, or equivalent work experience. A degree in engineering is strongly preferred but not required.
Relevant professional or technical background with 5+ years of projectmanagement experience in Design Build.
Projectmanagement certification is preferred.
Familiarity with applicable building codes and engineering standards.
Proficiency with: AutoCad, Revit, Bluebeam, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The Building Science ProjectManager, Washington leads the implementation of projects and small programs related to affordable housing and sustainable communities with an emphasis on energy and water efficiency and renewable energy. The Building ProjectManager is responsible for maintaining client relationships, conducting site assessments and assisting with program development for specific initiatives. Many projects focus on utility affordability, building decarbonization, renewable energy access, climate planning, and/or community resilience.
