The NetworkEngineer plays a critical role in supporting a luxury retail brand operating in a fast-paced. This position is responsible for engineering, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices, distribution centers, and 100+ retail locations nationwide. The NetworkEngineer ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of our network-spanning cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments-while enabling seamless store operations, customer experiences, and internal collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth hands-on technical expertise with modern networking tools and cloud technologies, complemented by strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with executives, field teams, and cross-functional leaders.
We prefer the candidate to be near an Arhaus site location but are open to remote work for the right candidate.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Network Architecture, Deployment & Support
Support and maintain a multi-site enterprise network using Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Palo Alto technologies.
Engineer and deploy solutions across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Configure and maintain routing and switching infrastructure, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, HSRP, ACLs, NAT, and QoS.
Manage secure remote access technologies such as Cisco AnyConnect and site-to-site VPN.
Implement network monitoring, SNMP, syslog, and performance.
Security, Compliance & Reliability
Strengthen network security posture through segmentation, firewall policies, and Zero-Trust principles.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit standards, and incident-response processes required in a publicly traded environment.
Maintain detailed network documentation, diagrams, standards, runbooks, and change-management records.
Cloud, Data Center & Retail Technology Integration
Support and maintain Microsoft Azure network services, hybrid connectivity models, and cloud security configurations.
Assist with deploying and maintaining technologies supporting new retail store openings, including switches, APs, POS connectivity, and low-voltage infrastructure.
Collaborate with Security and Technology teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end connectivity and uptime across all business channels.
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations for critical systems support.
Identify opportunities for network improvements, automation, and lifecycle modernization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
4+ years of progressive hands-on experience in enterprise networking roles.
Strong proficiency in packet-level troubleshooting and enterprise network design.
Experience supporting multi-location environments.
Experience with Palo Alto or similar enterprise firewall platforms.
Hands-on experience with Azure networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, firewalls, routing).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the business, including executive leadership.
Ability to support on-call rotation and occasional travel (up to 15%) to corporate, retail, and distribution locations.
Ability to lift and install networking equipment as needed for store openings and infrastructure refreshes.

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for designing, updating, securing, and supporting Linux systems and additional infrastructure foundational technology. This position also will have the opportunity to exert influence on the burgeoning cloud presence. RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the Linux subject matter expert.
Administer and optimize RedHat and Oracle Linux systems and virtualization platforms (VMware/Nutanix).
Ensure systems are configured for high performance and reliability.
Recommend and implement improvements to infrastructure and configuration based on virtual platform.
Monitor infrastructure health, respond to alerts, and lead incident investigations.
Maintain security by tracking vulnerabilities, applying patches, and coordinating with IT Security.
Support, maintain, patch, and upgrade servers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field and/or proven knowledge & skill in required IT platforms & applications
At least 4 years of IT systems administration, with extensive knowledge of Linux (especially RHEL).
Minimum 2 years of scripting (shell, Python, PowerShell) and enterprise backup systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RedHat Satellite and Ansible.
Experience with SELinux for security hardening.
Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and security best practices.
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, containers).

Experience designing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate.
Preferred:

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Engineer for our First Quality Enterprises working remotely from the Eastern or Central Time Zone. This role focuses on the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs across marketing, sales, and service functions. You will collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, and technical stakeholders to build solutions on the Salesforce platform and transition them to the Run Team for day-to-day support.
As part of our Build-Run model, this role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a clear understanding of how to document, deploy, and hand off completed work. The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.
Primary responsibilities include:
Build Team Responsibilities
Work as a core member of the Build Team to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business goals
Translate business requirements into Salesforce features using best practices in configuration and custom development
Build scalable solutions including Flows, custom objects, validation rules, Apex classes, and Lightning components
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct design reviews
Transition to Run
Document solutions, user stories, and technical processes to support smooth handoffs
Coordinate with the Run Team to deliver training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer sessions
Ensure proper deployment and environment strategy is followed for releases
Provide post-deployment support and monitor for initial performance or adoption issues
Platform Administration and Optimization
Manage configuration items such as profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and automations
Maintain clean data practices through deduplication, validation, and system governance
Support change management processes including version control and deployment documentation
Continuous Improvement and Enablement
Stay current on Salesforce releases and suggest opportunities to improve performance or automation
Recommend new tools or AppExchange solutions as appropriate
Promote platform governance, reuse, and system standards across business units
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
5 plus years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer
Proficient in Salesforce automation (Flows), Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components
Experience building and deploying integrated solutions using APIs or middleware
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Git, Azure DevOps, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps Center
Experience documenting technical designs and leading transitions to support or operations teams
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Preferred
Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud)
Experience with large-scale enterprise environments or multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
