Early Head Start Infant & Toddler Teacher Needed for WCCA Early Head Start Classroom West Central Community Action is seeking a Teacher for the Harlan Early Head Start classrooms. This position will have a direct focus on children 0 to 3 years of age in Harlan, Iowa. Teachers are responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for each child. This includes lifting, diapering, feeding, washing, and sitting on the floor with all Early Head Start ages.
