The Research and Development (R&D) Engineer uses their technical design skills to drive the products from theoretical structural designs and calculations to the physical testing, approvals and certifications. Reporting directly to the Service Manager in the US, this position will manage technical issues, maintain customer satisfaction, provide monthly maintenance support, promote value add-on services and provide training support.
