Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Position would involve project management for traffic related projects with opportunity to lead design on ITS projects
Provide supervision of junior staff for project development and coordination of tasks
Performs various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department
Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments
Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering
Plans and develops engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems
This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches
Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization
Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience
Works under minimal supervision
Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits
Manages group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Civil or Electrical Engineering 6+ years of experience in Traffic or ITS engineering
Proficient in use of MicroStation
Plan Development and Plan Submittal Process required including USP submissions and ERMS document uploads

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Work in close collaboration with the following team members:
Wave Training Manager: Support the deployment of the training approach and plan
Global GLS Training Factory: Coordinate the input of users, roles, local training materials, and attendance into LMS (Cornerstone) via the learning request process (SNoW)
OCM Coordinator: Ensure alignment on upcoming changes that impact training and require communication to learners
Learning Community: Liaise with Learning Experts and other DIA learning community members to capture any emergent issues related to training
Business Partners: Align with business to determine any necessary training assignments and adjustments
2. Training Planning, Preparation, and Execution
Works with global counterparts and site representatives to ensure the readiness of global and local training materials, while planning training activities, schedules, and logistics.
Organizes training facilitator briefing sessions (train-the-trainer) to ensure facilitators are prepared for their role as presenters
Executes training activities in the LMS (Cornerstone) in an administrative capacity, including Curriculum creation, Learning assignments, User groups, Equivalencies & training removals, and other LMS activities as needed
Provides instruction and guidance on how to use globally standardized templates/artifacts for training
3. Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
Monitor learning requests for accuracy and completeness
Support migration or retirement of local training materials
Assess data and maintain databases used in the project
Report on the status of deployment training deliverables, training attendance, risks, and mitigation plans.
Track and update local training material readiness
Continuously log any training risks or issues and propose mitigation strategies to the manager
4. Support and Issue Management
Support the hypercare team with training-related issues and escalate training improvement opportunities
Support any additional administrative deployment activities as assigned by the manager
Who you are (Qualifications)
3+ years experience in preparation, development and administration of training programs and systems, and training and curricula development
Experience in using and administering LMS platforms for online training delivery and management.
Project management experience and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate, and integrate multiple streams of information and logistic activities

The Financial Systems Specialist's responsibilities include assisting with the day to day administrations of the Firm's financial systems, supporting attorneys and other internal clients by providing data and end-user support, and ensuring financial information data integrity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Support Aderant applications (EA Pro, Classic, Expert AP, Expert Billing, Expert Rates, Expert Time, etc.), and other integrated systems (Chrome River, Intapp Time, eBillinghub, etc).
Provide end user support, training, and documentation.
Identify issues, make corrections to processes or data as needed, open support tickets and follow through to resolution.
Customize applications as needed.
Maintain security of applications.
Assist with implementing and upgrading applications.
Provide data and reports to Finance and other members of the firm using various tools such as T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Aderant Expert, Aderant Spotlight, Excel.

The actual salary offered will be dependent on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, relevant certifications, geographic location, market demands, and specific business needs. Essential duties for the position include, but are not limited to the following:
· Provide onsite support to Authorized Users with operational and technical support and to meet specified SLAs
· Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment
· Perform reactive troubleshooting to effectively identify potential incidents or problems, and attempt to eliminate them to occur in the future
· Support Authorized Uses connecting or attempting to connect to corporate network and assist in the coordination and completion of accessing LAN, print, and file services; connection to WAN; and accessing appropriate LAN segments
· Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices
· Install, upgrade and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals)
· Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for end users
· Provide network printers and scanner network connectivity, including providing network support for device configuration, for IP addressing, and direct TCP/IP output
· Provide warranty and break/fix support for networked printers and scanners
· Configure and support end users on mobile computing platforms
· Provide VIP support for equipment including desktop devices, mobile devices, display screens, video systems, docking stations, communication devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, wireless networking, etc
· Create, change and remove printer configurations and queues based on requests and in accordance with SLAs
· Provide on-site hardware support for general troubleshooting and problems for end user computing technologies
· Provide regular, accurate, and timely feedback regarding customer requirements which shall include supervising assignments and maintaining timely communication with sales, operations, and branch office personnel.
· Utilize problem management database and systems to track and report on customer calls and requests.
· Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical team and customers.
· Desk side support services as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
