This position will work closely with the rest of the ERP team, key business stakeholders, and others within IT in order to help enhance, automate, and support existing systems and review current system capabilities, workflow, and limitations. Essential Duties: Drive activities around environment management, including communication related to outages, downtime, access, and availability spanning multiple projects. Ensure user license compliance and user provisioning best practices and cost reductions through optimization recommendations. Provide operations and support, system maintenance and research to ensure continual innovation and predictable operations of the solution. Monitor systems, verifying integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes. Review system logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs for KPI and optimization opportunities. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Design, architect, develop ERP solutions based on business requirements. Analysis of business processes and systems. Develop and support integrations between the ERP and other systems. Creation and execution of test plans. Documentation of solutions. Communication of deliverables. Supporting Help Desk tickets, projects, and Change Management processes.
