Controls Engineer responsible for planning and implementation to upgrade existing and install new building controls utilizing self, team, and contractor abilities. Key Accountabilities
Manage BMS/BAS(Building Management System/Building Automation Systems) specification, design, and operation. Develop and implement multiyear strategy to complete BMS migration. Manage and maintain documentation for the site Mechanical Systems. Communicate critical updates to site system operators.
Implement new engineering strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL)
