Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
Manage BMS/BAS(Building Management System/Building Automation Systems) specification, design, and operation. Develop and implement multiyear strategy to complete BMS migration. Collaborate with HDMA Facilities controls leaders to standardize a unified approach. Manage and oversee programming and work with IT networking team.
Support operation of Facilities mechanical and electrical systems including but not limited to centrifugal fans, burners, cooling/heating coils, pumps, centrifugal air compressors, centrifugal chillers, heat exchangers, utilities, metering, communications. Manage and maintain documentation for the site Mechanical Systems. Communicate critical updates to site system operators.
Implement new engineering strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL)
Lead meetings and negotiate with customers and contractors of all levels and capabilities. Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers and contractors.

Minimum Educational Qualifications
