Michael Sharkey co-founded Autopilot and is the CEO. Prior to founding Autopilot, Michael joined his brother Chris to grow start-up Stayz into a top Australian rental booking site (acquired by FairFax Digital in 2006 and again by HomeAway for $225M in 2013). He also co-founded Sharkey Media with his brother Chris, where he helped grow Australian startups, marketing programs, and websites.

Chris is CTO and Co-founder at Autopilot, where he builds easy and intuitive automation technology. Prior to Autopilot, Chris is best known for co-founding Stayz, the largest holiday accommodation website in Australia (acquired by FairFax Digital in 2006 and again by HomeAway for $225M in 2013). Following his experience at Stayz, Chris developed Driven By Limo, an Australian network of cars for hire and limousines serving all states in Australia. He also co-founded Sharkey Media with his brother Michael, where he helped grow Australian startups and websites. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, and has been featured in the book, ''50 Great E-Businesses and the Minds Behind Them.''

We serve tens or thousands of users, including significant Shopify enabled ecommerce brands, SaaS, SMB customers, and enterprise clients such as Microsoft.

Our platform solutions make your customer data, marketing channels and operations metrics immediately more valuable, automating value creation with the help of machine learning, which unlike much of the industry, our customers control.

Based in Sydney with global operations in the US and Europe, we are accelerating growth and scaling up the organisation. We are fortunate to be backed by top VCs, including Blackbird Ventures.

Prior to Autopilot, I was Operating Partner for 4 years in the private equity firm Allegro Funds, Australia's most awarded transformation PE fund.

Before PE, I spent 10 years at Apple from 2005 in London, across several pan Europe roles in strategy and sales operations, including as European retail channels CFO supporting Apple's expansion into mobile devices, Telco channels and 50,000+ retail partner stores and ecommerce go to market.

I completed an MBA at London Business School #LBS (2010-2011) while with Apple, and qualified CPA (2004).
