Sheet Metal Fabricator I is the first of three levels of skilled sheet metal work. At this level, the fabricator has the capability to fabricate metal material by applying appropriate fabrication techniques. In addition, this position requires the ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, or diagrams to determine appropriate fabrication process. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
