Essential Functions * Operate and maintain extrusion machines, selecting and replacing dies as needed. * Set up procedures and adjust controls for vacuum, air pressure, sizing, and temperature. * Monitor and synchronize extrusion speed to ensure proper operation. * Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for accurate production. * Install, connect, test, and adjust equipment as necessary. * Handle reels, specify roll lengths and weights, and seal splices with moisture-proof covering. * Remove excess, entangled, or completed filaments from machines. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by following established procedures.
