Job Description We are seeking a Process & Equipment Technician to support our Operations team on 2nd shift. In this role, you'll work closely with assemblers, troubleshoot equipment, investigate process issues, and contribute to projects that improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while working on cutting-edge technology. What You'll Do Serve as a front-line process technician supporting the Operations team. Support new product introductions, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives. Apply lean manufacturing techniques and coach assemblers on best practices. Train production personnel on manufacturing and testing of devices. Recommend and implement changes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Analyze test data, summarize findings, and assist with yield improvement initiatives. Collaborate with maintenance to ensure continuous equipment operation.
