This position includes but is not limited to monitoring a continual chemical process, creating batches, operating a computerized process control system, taking measurements with various gauges, using a fork-truck, hoist use, crane use, and keeping/maintaining records individually and within a team-oriented shift environment. This is a night shift position. How will you do it- Maintain awareness and achievement of production goals. Perform duties in accordance with written instructions and procedures and in compliance with safety and environmental training and policies. Be able to work with multiple chemical solutions consistent with product requirements. Perform mixing operations according to instructions and ensure accurate mixing of product. Monitor the performance of plant equipment and process conditions utilizing various instruments, gauges and meters. Complete required ongoing annual and job-specific training as required and on time. Communicate with engineering and maintenance staff as required. Monitor and record all required production data. Demonstrate awareness of existing workplace hazards and have the ability to assess and respond to potentially unsafe situations. Understand and commit to following all Environmental, Health and Safety procedures and practices and empowered to professionally intervene when required. Prepare proper labels or disposal containers with exact contents and batch numbers. Operate forklift and other material handling equipment for transfer of mandrels between various phases of operation. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Maintain 6S and proper housekeeping. Escalate any process deviations to Engineering and Management. Extraction Operator Responsibilities: Monitor the Aging and Extraction system via ABB HMI. Maintain process guidelines and cadence. Move MPCs and blankets via overhead electric cranes. Troubleshoot Aging and Extraction systems. Maintain Extractor seals via cleaning and O-ring replacement.     We are currently offering a Sign on Bonus of $1500.00; this will be paid out in 3 increments once starting! The Directional Drilling Operator will be primarily responsible for setup and completion of drilling variable sized underground holes and pulling back required conduit. Drilling Operator will work with the Outside Plant Supervisor, the Locator and the Laborers to complete job requirements from start to finish on outside plant projects including digging boring pit, directional boring, pulling back of conduit, splicing of conduit sections, pulling fiber through conduit, setting hand holes, backfilling and seeding, core drilling and pot holing, building penetrations and close out pictures and redlines.
