What You Will Contribute: The Assembler III is responsible for assembling parts according to specified work instructions and/or drawings and exhibits the ability to effectively complete critical component assemblies. This position may be required to rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks. Job Duties: Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, or complete products following work orders, production drawings, sample assemblies, or verbal instructions Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices to ensure accurate assembly Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to secure parts using crimping, screwing, bolting, riveting, soldering, cementing, or press-fitting techniques Mount assembled components (e.g., circuit boards) into chassis or enclosures Connect wires to circuit boards, terminals, and other components using soldering or crimping methods Install completed subassemblies or finished products into cases and cabinets Prepare and organize materials into kits for inventory, shipping, or field installation Participate and Contribute to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost efforts.
