RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure staff members adhere to all safety procedures including but not limited to fire drills, evacuation plans and emergency procedures. Assists with performance reviews and delivery of reviews in a timely manner. Assists and transports participants for appointments, errands and community outings. Schedules staff to ensure adequate coverage for the program. Plan and conduct regular staff meetings. Train new staff and develop existing staff by offering opportunities to learn new skills and take on leadership responsibilities. Develop a team and work to ensure that the team dynamic is successful and working well. Ability to remain patient and empathetic in all situations. Ability to remain flexible and quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Must be able to problem solve and offer solutions, and work as part of a team.
