Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am-2: 30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Exercise safe lifting techniques when bending, lifting, and turning. Accept materials from other divisions/departments for ethylene oxide sterilization. Verify catalog numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates as detailed in incoming procedures. Complete JD Edwards transactions using IBM Data Collection scanners to receive products into Regional Sterilization. Assemble/build sterilization loads according to defined palletization diagrams. Locate materials into pallet/BIN locations. Operate inventory control system, where applicable. Maintain an acceptable work area as outlined in procedures and Quality System Regulations. Support buying and selling processes and perform other duties as required. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and operational procedures/specifications. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from the supervisor. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience operating material handling equipment. Job Description Venture Dynamics is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler / Driver to support shipyard and industrial operations. This role is responsible for transporting, staging, receiving, and tracking materials, tools, and equipment in support of vessel repair and maintenance work. The primary transportation method for this role is a company-provided 22-foot flatbed truck, used for local shipyard and warehouse deliveries. This position does not require a CDL, air brakes endorsement, or special commercial license.
