Job Description We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, The Greens at Tuscaloosa! In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community.
