**Come join our amazing team and work remote from home!** The Loan Servicing SupportSpecialist is responsible for processing incoming correspondence for ACH enrollment, handling requests related to missing or misapplied payments and fee waivers. **What You'll Do:**
+ Completes a daily review of assigned tasks and ensures completion within the designated turnaround times and compliant with company's policy and procedures.
+ Reviews all requests related to missing payments and/or misapplied payments prior to submitting to the cashiering team for appropriate reversal and reallocation of funds in question.
+ Reviews all payment refund related requests prior to submitting to the cashiering team for reversal and disbursement of funds.
+ Reviews all late fee waiver requests prior to submitting to the cashiering team for removal of the assessed fees.
+ Processes ACH (Auto Pay) enrollment, activation, changes, and cancelation requests.
+ Collaborates daily with multiple internal departments to resolve servicing issues pertaining to any type financial transactions on a loan.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
+ Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.

As part of the Information Systems Team, the IT Desktop SupportSpecialist is responsible for serving Mid American Credit Union staff and members through timely, accurate and professional resolution of issues and introduction of enhanced processes improving technology related processes. The IT Desktop SupportSpecialist is responsible for assisting other members of the IS team on maintaining the technology infrastructure and processing cycles in a manner that adheres to IT compliance and IT performance standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
User Support: Respond to user requests for assistance in a timely, accurate and professional manner striving for first contact resolution. Log all user requests in ticketing system, assist other team members with open tickets as needed. Maintain positive working relationships with 3rd party vendors and engage those vendors to achieve timely resolution of issues as needed. Monitor service tickets for trends that require escalation. Monitor all routine scheduled activity to ensure completion of tasks within defined timeline; work with impacted staff to correct issues in the event of a job failure. Ensure all pending changes have been communicated to users.
Monitor desktop deployments for replacement, including ancillary equipment such as signature pads, receipt printers, id scanners, printers, phones and security systems. Stage and test new desktops and ancillary equipment deployments in a manner that minimizes end-user issues. Maintain a 2-year forecast of estimated replacement to be reviewed quarterly. Maintain all PC/Server licensing on an on-going basis to ensure Mid American Credit Union is compliant with licensing terms. Assist in deployment of MACU approved systems and software.
Serve as Admin for assigned systems maintaining system integrity and performing maintenance activities including standard upgrades. Make recommendations for enhancing systems for the organization. Support other ancillary systems by establishing familiarity with systems and seeking guidance from vendors as needed.
User Security Ensure all workstations and servers are routinely updated with appropriate security programs/patches. Maintain records of such updates and ensure renewal of all services utilized for this purpose. Maintain user profiles per Mid American standards, ensuring only necessary levels of access are granted, including the deletion of profiles of former employees. Monitor internet usage logs and email filters, reporting issues to management. Administer staff cyber-security training programs.
IT Compliance and Disaster Recovery: Ensure current IT related policies and procedures are followed as part of routine work activities. Maintain IS change management records and IS disaster recovery manuals on an on-going basis.
Network Monitoring: Assist with maintenance, monitoring and reporting of network infrastructure performance to eliminate unscheduled downtime or processing errors that could have been prevented through proper maintenance and management of network components. This includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting data communication systems, telecommunication systems, server performance, backup processes, VPN monitoring, internet usage monitoring, email filtering, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Serves as first line of support for merchant and partner issues and inquires.
Resolves product or service problems by researching and determining the cause of the problem, expediting correction and documenting and following up to ensure resolution.
Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Provides escalated technical support to customers among a variety of product categories, resolving issues according to prescribed standards and procedures.
Works with internal departments to ensure a high level of support for the merchant and partner.
Proactively contacts merchants for PCI compliance needs, assists with the completions of PCI questionnaires, schedules and monitors applicable PCI scans.

Identifies and documents hardware and software issues that require further escalation and tracks them through to resolution.
Provides software and terminal training to merchants and assures compliancy standards are met.
Updates merchant information in databases as needed.

SUMMARY: Adult Specialists provide supervision and supportive services to adult clients diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Under the supervision of a licensed and credentialed clinician, this position will provide information, education, and training to help build knowledge, develop skills, and change attitudes with a goal of increasing independence, productivity, self-determination, and inclusion in the community. The majority of time will be spent providing services to consumers at ELC's residential housing, but some interaction may occur in consumer's homes, vocational sites, program sites or other community settings. This position reports directly to the CSS Coordinator or their designee. MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in developing and providing structured activities to include attendant care, psychosocial group activities and individual community support
Maintains a safe and productive environment during time spent in attendance of consumers
Provides transportation to and from various activities or appointments
(must maintain a good driving record)
Provides medication observation in the community and in supported housing environment
Maintains appropriate records for reporting, evaluation, accounting, and clinical purposes
Meets deadlines for daily paperwork and reports
Provides quality documentation
Completes other duties as deemed appropriate by immediate supervisor
Complies with ELC policies and procedures
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum of 40 hours of training in providing equivalent supportive services to child and/or adult consumers OR be able to attend 40 hours of on-site training. On-site training may be required outside of regularly scheduled working hours.
