**Overview**
Through depth and breadth of customer and industry knowledge, the **Director, National Accounts** will be responsible for aiding in the development of Strategic Markets Division (SMD) sales and marketing initiatives, contract strategies, and pull-thru programs for large strategic accounts. By participating in the development of these programs it is also the expectation that the National Account Director will take responsibility for communication, facilitation and implementation with these key customers. These efforts will be directed specifically with the intent to position Bausch + Lomb Pharmaceutical products favorably on MCO formularies. Special emphasis and attention will be required to maximize profitability. Markets identified as potentially within the scope of this position include HMOs, PPOs, EPOs, PBMs, GPOs, Government (VA/DOD), Mail Order, Medicaid/Medicare and Chain Drugs Stores. **Responsibilities**
+ Utilize a high level of influence within Strategic Markets with key decision makers; create a basis to enhance current and future business opportunities. Apply learnings across disciplines to improve Bausch + Lomb Pharmaceuticals market positions.
+ Manage customer relationships with National PBM and GPO customers along with select regional direct contracted accounts.
+ Collaborate with Patient Services, Contracting, Pricing, Payer Marketing and trade organizations on comprehensive strategies and tactics aligned to business objectives.
+ Identify opportunities and apply sound business practices to effect appropriate changes to issues affecting Managed Markets including contracting, formulary access, product distribution, Medicaid/Medicare, Chain Drug Store stocking & services, and Government Selling (VA/DOD).
+ Develop detailed and compelling proposals for plan level contracting strategies within assigned geographies, including financial analyses (sales+/-, Medicaid impact, market share), market research, and competitive response and intelligence overviews. Facilitate approval of these proposals and sell the proposal to the customer.
+ Collaborate with Sale Team Leadership and Marketing on ensuring access and reimbursement engrained into strategic viewpoint
+ Build strong-networked relationships with customers, Trade Organizations, Professional Organizations, and other influential groups specific to the market segment.
+ Maintain a strong knowledge and ethical standard with regard to healthcare laws and regulations.
+ Lead communication initiative between Sales Management at the geographic level. Ensure Territory Managers and their supervisors maintain appropriate level of customer awareness and account messages.
+ Proactively assist VP in the development of departmental business initiatives, including business plans, pull-thru initiatives, account selling strategies, clinical and/or outcome trials, marketing research opportunities, national contract strategy, and managing departmental resources. And other tasks that may be assigned by management at certain times.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 10 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or health care sales
+ Minimum 3 years experience as National Account Director
+ Experience with various account types (HMO, PBM, GPO, Mail Service, VA/DOD, Drug Stores)
+ Pharmacy Benefit Contracting and Part D experience
+ Experienced in customer negotiation, financial analysis, legal influences, and execution/ implementation of contracting activities

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Computed Tomography portfolio within assigned accounts and territory;
* Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, CT technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees to expand Bayer's CT presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;

Schedule
Full-Time 40 hours per week. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00a to 4:00p. Possible weekend coverage due to PTO on Saturday and Sunday from 2:00a to 6:00a. Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and opening shifts. Candidate must be flexible to work different days, hours and schedules based on business needs.
Responsibilities in this role
Under the immediate direction of a qualified licensed Staff Pharmacist, you will be trained to draw, dispense, and package radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with the regulations of the State Board of Pharmacy. Many of your duties will include:
Assists pharmacist and other pharmacy staff in preparing facility for daily operations through cleaning, equipment and quality control testing.
Follows standard operating procedures to facilitate ongoing pharmacy operations.
Collects and processes customer orders to ensure efficient communication and timely delivery of medications to patients.
Performs administrative pharmacy tasks, answers questions and assists customers to facilitate pharmacy operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintains pharmacy safety through following and recording completion of daily infection control procedures.
Takes direction from other pharmacy techs to develop skills and knowledge of pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
National pharmacy technician registration/license preferred
Past clean room environment experience is a plus
Strong customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Manual dexterity required for occasional reach, lifting and holding of small objects.
Demonstrated manual dexterity in order to dispense doses.
Ability to manage weight up to 75 pounds
May require vendor credentialing
Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
Intermediate computer skills (ability to use computers and tablets).
Flexibility to work various shifts
Comfortable performing repetitive motions/tasks
Comfortable working in a nuclear environment
Pay Rate: $20.50 (non-certified ) per hour - $21.50 (certified) per hour and $1.00/hr increase after attaining NPT

PURPOSE
The Associate Regional Account Director (ARAD), Oncology is focused on driving key account strategy and unlocking growth opportunities for our Oncology product portfolio in their area's IDNs, hospitals, and large, complex community oncology and urology accounts. The ARAD will identify key customer issues & opportunities, build account plans and execute those plans via a coordinated cross-functional approach. The ARAD will lead the cross-functional team's design and execution of key account strategy while addressing clinical, operational, and financial opportunities and barriers. The goal is to be perceived as a partner of choice by our customers. The span of coverage will be the state of Alabama, Georgia, the Florida panhandle, and Greenville, SC. Up to 50% of travel within the territory is required. The candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Building & maintaining relationships with key account stakeholders (C- and D- level);
* Understanding key priorities of accounts;
* Conducting business reviews (QBRs);
* Leveraging data tools to identify growth opportunities;
* Developing, implementing, and measuring cross-functional account plans that unlock growth opportunities across the Oncology portfolio;
* Monitoring product pathway status and ensuring appropriate positioning;
* Providing Area strategy and analytical support to the AGM and the rest of the customer squad. (Emphasis between these activities may be adapted to the area's customer team's specific needs);
* Unlock product growth opportunities across Bayer Oncology portfolio in accordance with product labeling and company policies;
* Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders at selected accounts for long-term mutual success and conduct business reviews with relevant stakeholders and support accounts on Clinical, Financial and Operational topics related to Bayer's product portfolio;
* Attend relevant conferences, conventions and trade shows to meet customers and stay up to date relevant topics;
* Identify and prioritize key account opportunities by analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple sources (e.g. market research, performance history, customer investigation, and Area customer team knowledge) and sharing insights with the account team;
* Collaborate with the cross-functional team to build and implement account solutions and action plans;
* Mobilize Area customer team (Sales Consultant, Field Reimbursement, Nurse Educators, Medical Affairs, Regional Marketing) and HQ teams where appropriate, to implement key actions from account plan;
* Set account key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to organizational and brand priorities, monitoring achievement of goals and updating the account plan accordingly;
* Build and maintain appropriate relationships with relevant 3rd parties (e.g. GPOs, Diagnostic companies, industry & trade groups;)
* Provide Area strategy and analytical support by leveraging tools and different data sources;
* Facilitate a high level of collaboration across functions, reinforcing the value of bringing diverse perspectives to develop solutions to meet customer needs.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer is seeking an incumbent who possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree;
* 5+ years of pharma and/or other healthcare-related experience;
* 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical account management in the IDN, Hospital, and/or community oncology/urology channels;
* Subject matter expertise in community oncology/urology GPO business models and offerings;
* Demonstrated skills in business planning, including account planning, problem solving, contracting, and analytics;
* Demonstrated cross-functional influence, communication, and conflict resolution skills;
* Deep understanding of customer channels and market dynamics across Oncology;
* Experience in budget management;
* Proficient in Power Point and Excel;
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
* Business travel by air and car required up to 50%; some weekends required.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $157,600.00 - $236,400.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.

As the Territory Manager, you will:
* Achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned territory by flawlessly executing the company's strategies and tactics.
* Utilize the company's programs in order to drive market share gains.
* Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, EP laboratory staff, key administration and purchasing personnel, and relevant C-Suite hospital executives, in order to grow and develop business.
* Coordinate the business priorities and activities of a team (pod) that includes Clinical Account Specialists (CAS) and partners with Field Service Engineers (FSE), Ultrasound CAS (UCAS) and others to deliver superior customer service and alignment that are critical to meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
