The Manager of Strategic Accounts supports the growth and retention of Solta's national and regional partnerships by developing tailored business strategies and ensuring consistent execution across assigned accounts. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Accounts, this role will also assist with the management of select high-value accounts to strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver on strategic initiatives that drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities
* Account Management & Growth
* Partner with the Director of Strategic Accounts to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic and national accounts.
* Support select accounts directly by developing customized business plans, tracking performance, and ensuring successful execution of growth initiatives.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Solta's footprint across all product lines.
* Strategic Partnership Development
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within assigned and supported accounts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Training, Clinical, and Finance) to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance account performance.
* Assist with contract renewals, pricing strategies, and program alignment.
* Sales Execution & Performance
* Help achieve revenue targets through account planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
* Conduct and support quarterly business reviews to measure progress, share insights, and refine strategies.
* Track and report on key performance indicators across supported accounts.
* Leadership & Collaboration
* Partner closely with Regional and SAS Managers to align account strategies and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
* Support the Director of Strategic Accounts in executing key corporate initiatives and enterprise programs.
* Provide feedback and insights from the field to help shape Solta's strategic direction.
* Help with new hire training strategies for National Accounts
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in medical device or aesthetics sales with exposure and direct responsibility to key account or enterprise-level management. Prior relationships a plus.
* Preferably at least 2+ years of Management experience
* Self-starter, must be able to hunt, prospect and cold call
* Strong business acumen, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
The range of starting base pay for this role is $130K - 175K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.

The Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) position is a 6-9 month training position for those with little to no electrophysiology (EP) experience. Upon successful graduation from the program, the ACAS will be promoted to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS). Community Health Center Retail Pharmacy Technician

Cardinal Health is looking for a highly motivated technician to work in a company owned retail contract pharmacy. Our technicians play an important role in delivering medication and pharmaceutical care in communities that are most in need. This role will be based out of the United Health Center in Orange Cove, CA.
Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:30PM, Saturday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM. NOTE: Hours are subject to change.
Regular travel to cover other United Health Centers Pharmacies, as needed, is required by this job. Employees will receive mileage reimbursement above their normal commute. Work Saturday rotation at sites with Saturday pharmacy is required.
Responsibilities
Maintain professional working relationships at all times, with the pharmacy personnel, physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel.
Understand that the requirements of working in a pharmacy are varied and may change as demands on the department change.
Be available to the customer/patients at all times.
Maintain friendly and helpful attitude at all times when dealing with customers.
Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Organizes medications for pharmacist to dispense by profiling prescriptions; preparing labels and calculating quantities
Ensures medication availability by delivering medications to patients and ordering when needed
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Works with pharmacy team to ensure best practices are being followed with regards to 340B
The ability to travel at a moment's notice to cover other United Health Centers Pharmacies, as needed, is a job requirement.
Must work an eight-hour shift minimum, at least once every 90 days.

High school degree or equivalent preferred
Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of California required
2 plus years with retail pharmacy technician related experience, preferred
340B experience preferred
Fluent in Spanish required
May require vendor credentialing

**PURPOSE** Primary Care and Specialty Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product. You will further drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause. Responsibilities of the role include driving demand, clinical education and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians, primarily in the Community settings.
The position reports to the CVR Area General Manager (AGM) and will be an integral part of the Area Customer Squad, collaborating closely with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal partners, as appropriate, to drive the US Pharma outcomes.
The span of coverage will include Fresno, Visalia and the surrounding areas. Travel will be up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based and candidate must live in or within close proximity to the territory.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care and Specialty Sales Consultant - Cardiorenal (Fresno, CA) are to:
+ Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
+ Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; the incumbent will work closely with the Customer Squad to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs;
+ Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, applicable competitors, industry and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges;
+ Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g. sales leadership, regional account managers) in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region;
+ Develop and implement effective customer specific business plans; communicates insights to internal stakeholders;
+ Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential;
+ Understand fully the assigned customers' product and business needs and works to meet those needs while adhering to all of Bayer company ethics and compliance standards;
+ Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and proposes responsible solutions for success;
+ Handle customer objections effectively and exceed customer expectations with the value they bring to physicians. Occasionally will be called on to share your exemplary skills with others in the region in a training capacity;

**WHO YOU ARE**

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $113,841 - $170,762. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
